Estate Plans are essential in many respects, including: (1) passing your assets to individuals of your choosing, (2) protecting your assets from unnecessary tax liability, (3) protecting your family from family strife and unnecessary legal battles, (4) protecting your assets from creditors, (5) avoiding probate, and most importantly, (6) providing you with PEACE OF MIND.

Personal Injury- Personal injury is another of Scott’s passions. People are injured or killed every day from the negligence of another.
